Collection: Val Parnell

Val has painted for over 15 years in oil colors, using her techniques in Plein Air and in the Studio. She is inspired by current and past master painters. She often paints while traveling and participates in Plein Air Events and shows in Virginia, South Carolina and North Carolina. You will notice the influence of the East Coast on the waterways and coastal scenes. 
Having taken art in college and attending many workshops over time with amazing artists, Andras Bality, Sara Linda Poly, Laura Loe, and Carole Boggemann Peirson, and countless others, she is always growing as an artist.
