Collection: Heather Donis

Heather Donis was born and raised in Virginia Beach in the year 1972.
When asked what she wanted to be when she grew up the answer was
always the same, an artist. She went to University of Maryland and studied
Fine Arts and completed her Bachelor’s degree at Virginia Commonwealth
University with a major in Art Education. Deciding not to teach, Heather
attended Tidewater’s Visual Art Center and earned an AAS in Graphic
Design and worked as a designer until the birth of her son in 2009. She
left her job in 2010 and has been pursuing a fine arts career every since.
